Kedrick Griffin established Katalyst 4 Growth, LLC (K4G) in 2019 to help young adults during a critical point in their lives as they step into adulthood and start their careers. Some of the things today’s youth need now are some of the very same things he needed at their age. Katalyst 4 Growth empowers young adults to become the best version of themselves.

For over 25 years, Kedrick has become recognized as a leader in the youth development and workforce development fields through his work with organizations in Baltimore County and the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He can address a host of topics critical to empowering today’s youth as they step into adulthood including the following.

• Tools for Black men in our society
• Tools for young fathers
• How to function in a team.
• Interviewing and networking skills
• Public Speaking

Kedrick graduated from Towson (State) University with a degree in Sociology and with a goal of one day securing a full-time role not too long after graduation. He was successful in landing a role within one month after walking across the stage.

Outside of his professional world, he sings (he is unable to hold a note) and dances around the house much to the amusement of his wife and three daughters who will sometimes join him which his wife really enjoys (heavy sarcasm). He enjoys watching Jeopardy to find out how much he does not know and being a homer for all of the professional sports teams in Washington, DC. Do not judge him. He grew up in Norfeas (Northeast for those of you not from the area) DC.
